On the portal: August 2024 Investments

Welcome to another edition of ‘On the Portal’, our monthly blog detailing some of the new loans available on the SCP portal.  

We’ve had a record number of new investment opportunities become available this month. The recent OCR changes have increased enquiries for investments that offer more than the current term deposits. We have also released a larger number of opportunities with minimum investment amounts of just $10,000, allowing more investors to sample our investments or diversify their portfolio.
