On the Portal: October 2026 investment opportunities

Welcome to another edition of On the Portal, our regular snapshot of some of the investment opportunities currently available through the SCP Investor Portal.
As we approach the end of the year, our pipeline looks to be building, with mortgage advisers continuing to approach SCP for their clients' funding needs. However, our focus remains on selecting quality investment opportunities for our investors.
This month, we're featuring three residential investment opportunities across Auckland, ranging from newly built homes to adjoining residential properties.
As always, the details matter. Each listing on the Investor Portal includes information such as the property type, location, loan term, interest rate, LVR, and other details that help investors understand what sits behind the opportunity.
Here is a snapshot of some of the opportunities currently available on the Portal:
- Residential Investment – Sunnyhills, Auckland: A five-bedroom standalone home, privately positioned at the rear of a boutique three-home development in East Auckland. The investment has a 12-month term, an interest rate of 6.00% p.a., and an LVR of 75%.
- Residential Investment – Hobsonville, Auckland: A newly built, architecturally designed four-bedroom home situated on a large site in Hobsonville. The investment has a 12-month term, an interest rate of 6.00% p.a., and an LVR of 64%.
