Our BDMs have been working with advisers to provide bespoke lending solutions for their clients. Here's a snapshot of some of our loans this month.
- Refinance an existing mortgage: We helped an individual refinance an existing mortgage for a residential investment property in Auckland. The underlying security is a 284 sqm two-level new build in Flat Bush with six bedrooms and four bathrooms. The term of the loan is 12 months, with an interest rate of 9.79% and an LVR or 59%.
- Purchase of a residential investment property: We assisted a company purchase a residential investment property in Wellington. The security is a single level, three-bedroom, one-bathroom family home built in 1963 on a 672m2 flat section in Porirua. The term of the loan is four months, with an interest rate of 9.99% and an LVR of 55%.
- Refinance and build: We supported a company refinance a section in Jack’s Point, Queenstown to build a new standalone home. The company proposes building a single level home and income style dwelling with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan living and a single garage, plus a self-contained flat with two bedrooms, one bathroom and open living. The term of the loan is 12 months, with an interest rate of 11.99% and an LVR of 65%.
