Southern Cross Partners Managing Partner, Cam Harper, delivers his quarterly market update for our investors this month. 

You need only look outside to get a sense of the economy right now. Interest rates are high, and the OCR isn't likely to begin its decent downhill until at least the end of the year. 

Luckily, here at Southern Cross Partners, we aren’t tied to the OCR or bank interest rates. We can fight the good fight and tailor our loans to suit the current market, providing quality investment opportunities for our investors no matter the size of the storm outside. 

We’ve had a few investors get in touch with us off the back of the Government’s announcement to liberalise planning rules recently. Rest assured that we know what our strike range is at Southern Cross Partners, and we will determine which loans are of sufficient quality for our investors.
